All the images within the book have been used with the permission and authorisation of the Canadian Press, Combat Camera and other copyright holders. I would like to extend my thanks to everyone who has supported this effort. Although these are only the images, the main heft of the book comes in the thousands of condolence entries found within the book. You can see better the images better by downloading the PDF.
