2020-new

Welcome to my official website. This past year has arguably been one of the most unexpectedly turbulent years which has seen the studio relocated on almost no notice due to my previous landlord proceeding into commercial foreclosure with less than 2 weeks notice to me. Having to contend with that has been an absolutely immense, costly and unexpected experience that frankly speaking, I never want to deal with again. That being said…it has been a very interesting year, with the highlight of it being able to meet with a personal hero of mine and spending a week with him in Carmen, Manitoba, Mr. Bob Diemert. Bob is a Canadian icon of aerospace innovation and even the National Film Board produced a film about his efforts. I was honoured to be able to spend a week with him and his colleagues who welcomed me with open arms. I look forward to returning. My portfolio of work is very large, comprehensive and detailed. When you enter into the main body of the website, it may seem a bit overwhelming. If you are interested in any artwork, paintings, design work or 3d modelling produced, please don’t hesitate to contact me. This is just a basic update for now. Stay tuned for more updates to the site shortly. Thanks-Joe

Here is an example of the most recent work I produced for Honeybee Landscapes, an elite level landscape design group based in Alberta. I produced the first wrap design for their first vehicle and they wanted to maintain the consistency of the work with their latest wrap. This final design took approximately 120 hours to complete. From concept layout, thematic influence, how the vehicle must capture and retain a viewers attention and do so in an elegant, concise, artistic, professional, humorous and informative way, then break down the imaging to ensure the group responsible for printing and applying the wrap have the highest resolution imaging possible. I am putting the final touches on the packaging for the prototype gold coins I produced under the brand of Beaverworks Mint. Surviving this transition has been immense challenging but slowly I am ensuring everything is being reset and reactivated for 2020 and beyond.
